La differenza tra “perché” e “siccome” sta nella loro posizione all’interno della frase. “Siccome” si usa all’inizio della frase. Per esempio: “Siccome piove, prendo l’ombrello” (e non dimenticate la virgola!). “Perché” si usa al centro della frase. Per esempio: “Prendo l’ombrello perché piove”. Non è possibile cominciare una frase con “perché” tranne quando si tratta di domande o risposte: “Perché vai a letto così presto?”- “Perché sono stanca”. For example: “Siccome piove, prendo l’ombrello” = “Since it is raining, I take the umbrella with me” (and don’t forget the comma). “Perché” is used in the middle of the sentence.
