Dark Mode Theme Switcher - Tailwind CSS & Gridsome

We build a theme switcher with dark mode using Tailwind CSS and Gridsome. In this process, we have to give our class names more semantic names like primary, secondary, etc. We also make use of CSS Custom Properties to swap out values.
