Divine Mother Mahalakshmi I Andal’s powerful hymns explained in English II Tiruppavai Pasuram 18

Sri Matre Namaha Introduction to the series The mother of the whole universe, Goddess Bhudevi incarnated herself as Godadevi or Andal on this earth and with Her abundant compassion gifted us a small yet powerful treatise named Tiruppavai. This is a collection of thirty hymns (Pasuram) in Tamil written by Andal or Goda Devi, in praise of the Lord Perumal, (Vishnu). It is part of the Divya Prabandha, a work of the twelve Alvars, and is important in Tamil literature. In this video, Dr Ramesh Krishna speaks on the 18th Pasuram.
