Dennis James is one of the most impressive “off-season“ bodybuilders in the history of the sport. He competed in seven Mr. Olympia contests but never placed higher than fourth. But few other bodybuilders ever achieved the post-season and pre-contest awesomeness of James. The video was filmed two weeks prior to the 2003 Mr. Olympia Contest. Includes shoulders, arms, chest, legs and back weight training along with posing. The video was originally released as a DVD-video in 2004. The running time is approximately 2 hours.
