Uganda to finish oil pipeline despite pressure from EU

The presidents of Tanzania and Kenya have agreed on a 600-kilometer gas pipeline linking the two countries, while Uganda is set to complete an oil pipeline of its own - in the face of pressure from the EU to halt extraction and production efforts.
