Build bench chair shoe rack using kerf bending

#kerfbending #shoerack #woodworking A few days ago, I have built shoe rack using 18t birch plywood. It has a fucntion of bench chair, too. Shoe rack’s width 1170, depth 320, height 450 in millimeter. I use long plywood board to make shoe rack’s side board and top board continuously. To caculate length of top and side board. 1. determine radius of bending part. mine is 50mm 2. bended length = a quarter of circumference ()/4 = 78.5 3. length of flat top part is 1170 - 50 - 50 = 1070 4. hieght of each side board is 450 - 50 = 400 5. needed total length = 1070 400 400 157 = 2027mm
