Russian Iskander Hits Zaporizhzhia | Putin Rains Fire on Bakhmut | HIMARS Less Effective in Ukraine?

Russia set Bakhmut ablaze with incendiary weapons just hours after the Wagner Chief announced the withdrawal of his mercenaries. An alleged video shot by a Ukrainian drone operator showed bright incendiary munitions raining down from the sky. Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin alleged Kyiv sends 400 to 600 troops to Bakhmut daily and loses the same number every day. Prigozhin has announced that Chechen troops will replace Wagner mercenaries in Bakhmut when the group withdraws on May 10. Meanwhile, a prominent Russian nationalist writer and politician, Zakhar Prilepin, was injured in a car bombing in Russia on May 6. Ukraine’s Permanent Representative in Crimea Tamila Tasheva said some Western officials have asked Kyiv not to aim for Crimea’s liberation. A CNN report claims the US-made HIMARS have become less effective in Ukraine due to Russia’s electronic jamming. Dmitry Medvedev mocked the German Chancellor, saying the decisions of “Scholz, the Liver Sausage” would eventually end his political career.
