William Croft (1678-1727) - Ground in C Minor. Chris Sansum, spinet

An English composer from Warwickshire, who was taught by John Blow. The piece is sometimes attributed to Henry Purcell, but generally thought to be by Croft. Played on a spinet made by Stephen Robinson of Rugby, and based on an original instrument by Thomas Hitchcock.
