Haver & Lee (1940)

Haver and Lee - comedians. Probably filmed at Pathe studios, London. American Haver tries to recite “Christmas Day in the Workhouse“ but Lee, wearing a monocle, keeps interrupting. He goes off and comes on with a feather duster. He finally receives a letter from his sweetheart who says she has been married. Haver gives him some anti-love pills, he takes a mouthful of them.
