For Preop and post op picture Click the link ?dl=0 A 50 year old Female patient came with complaints of Deviation of mouth to left side, inability to close left eye since 3 months Hard of hearing, Ringing sounds and Left ear discharge since more than 25 years H/o Left ear surgery 20 years back for similar complaints (no Facial palsy then) O/E Polypoidal growth seen in left ear, patient unable to close the left eye and no visible movement in angle
