This week marks the launch of the very first digital version of Couture Fashion Week, which will see designers look to modern and innovative new ways of presenting their collections, in lieu of a physical schedule of shows, which still cannot take place in their usual format due to the ongoing pandemic and social-distancing measures. With this in mind, Dolce & Gabbana presented a holiday-inspired collection for its Alta Moda show, which saw models walk without an audience; while Dior opted to tell its story via a dreamlike fashion film; Schiaparelli released a behind-the-scenes video and a series of sketches; and Ralph & Russo introduced its first avatar.
