Ingredients:
for the bread:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk liquid
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant dry yeast
for the shawarma marination
300 grams of chicken fillet
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp tomato past
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp ll spices
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cloves powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
pickles tomato and lettuce for garnish
