Overwatch: McCree Deadeye BUFF! - Moira NERFED!

More buffs and nerfs got snuck into the PTR during the bug fixes and such. Not mentioned in the video, Symmetra’s insanely broken DPS should be fixed now and not exploitable by spamming or swiping off target quickly. Deadeye gets its distance tripled, allowing for some very long range snipes without really even needing to see a target clearly, which could abuse some dirty lines of sight, especially those that have foliage or obscure cover in the way to cover McCree’s one hit kill ultimate. Alongside this, Moira has also gotten nerfed on the ptr as well, now not able to heal past barriers making her subject to similar problems Ana has when trying to get an angle past them.
