Everyone remembers seeing that plane flying over Dominator 2016 with the message “25 Years of Thunderdome - See You in 2017” Everyone felt something special at that moment. Well, so did The Sickest Squad & Rob GEE. Thunderdome is a huge part of our lives, and we knew then we wanted to make our tribute to The Wizard. That summer and fall we were already in the studio working on some other music in Italy. Everyday we took the train and kept hearing AC/DC ‘s “Thunderstruck”, literally everyday. We took it as a sign that this should be our inspiration for our Thunderdome Tribute. Rob flew back to The USA and immediately contacted his brother Sudeip so him and rob could start laying down the guitars. Once they had the guitars, Rob made several special trips to Italy to record the vocals, and start producing with Us our tribute.
