Scarlet Sails festival illuminates St. Petersburg’s sky

The Scarlet Sails graduates’ festival once again dazzled St. Petersburg with spectacular fireworks and a frigate adorned with scarlet sails passing by the Winter Palace. First held in 1968, this celebration is the most massive event during the White Nights season in Russia’s Northern Capital.
