The Discourse - Happy New Year YC119!

YC118 is nearly over! This year was rich with events that give promise for the future, from the debut of the Upwell Consortium’s Citadels with their expanded potential for colonization, the coronation of a new Amarr empress with a reputation for forward thinking, and the introduction of Alpha cloning technology with its subsequent influx of capsuleers.
