OK guys so today’s video is all about improving the speed of your feet. These drills are boxing specific and will improve different aspects of your all round footwork to produce faster moving feet. Try these drills about 4 times a week over a 20-30m distance. Try to keep the same distance so that you can compare your progress directly without having to extrapolate.
