UFO over Chicago, Illinois. 9/25/2023

Witness description: “Slow moving black orb a few hundred feet over the tree line moving from the NE to SW, maybe 30-40 mph (guess). There was zero wind present at the time, and pretty much that entire day. It was eerily still for a suburb of Chicago. My first thought is always a Mylar party balloon as I have seen them before. I did check the wind on my phone app directly after she showed me the video, and we also have a professional weather station. We also have a very large flag out there as well. We both looked at to see if it had any movement at all, but it didn’t. I even commented how not a single leaf is moving on any of the trees, which is why I can’t just explain it away easily. The anemometer on our station was completely still, and the wind direction vane indicated the last wind it registered was out of the SW, which is about 90% of the time. This would be the opposite direction the object was traveling.
