Russia’s EMERCOM divers raise ammunition cache from submerged German WWII barge in the Baltic

Russian Emergencies Ministry crews have retrieved more than 20,000 rounds of ammunition from a sunken German World War II-era barge in the Baltic Sea. Fully geared divers loaded the shells into a basket, which was then lifted to the surface. According to the ministry, the explosives have been properly disposed of.
