Hurricane Watch issued for parts of Tampa Bay as Tropical Storm Elsa nears the Florida Keys

Tropical Storm Elsa is nearing the Florida Keys and the National Hurricane Center has issued a Hurricane Watch for parts of Florida’s west coast.
