I decided to choose skateboarding as our concept for this weeks home because I used to skate when I was younger. I started skating at the age of 13 when I played my first Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater game for the PS1. My parents bought me a skateboard and for the next 5 years it’s pretty much all I did. I would go around visiting various skate spots and skateparks all around Miami. I really wanted to be a pro skater one day. I would look up to skaters like Mike Mo Capaldi, Ryan Scheckler, and Daewon Song. I really thought I was going to make it big. Unfortuantly Miami was not the best place to skateboard so due to the places to go out and skate, my dream died.
