Russia forces blow up major dam at Ukraine’s Kakhovka power plant

UKRAINE has accused Russia of “terrorism“ after a major dam on the frontline was blown up sparking fears of a nuclear catastrophe. A Ukrainian official said several villages have been “completely or partially flooded“ following damage to the Kakhovka dam in the Russian-occupied part of southern Ukraine, adding that evacuations have already begun.
