Underworld: Rise of the Lycans - Lucian/Sonja ’Heavy in your arms’

|| Warning: Contains violence and some sexuality || My second video for the Underworld series . This one is for Lucian and Sonja from ’The Rise of the Lycans’ which is the prequel to ’Underworld’ . -------- Movie summary (which contains spoilers) : In the Dark Ages, the Vampires enslaved the Lycan race (werewolves) . Lucian , a lycan and Sonja (daughter of of the cruel Chief of the Vampires Viktor) carry on a secret affair . Lucian unleashes and transforms into werewolf to save Sonja in a battle against the werewolves. However, Viktor sentences him to be brutally whipped and imprisons him .Sonja frees Lucian and he escapes with other prisoners. Viktor soon begins to suspect her and eventually finds out .Fearing that this will cause the two bloodlines to become one Sonja is sentenced to death and Lucian emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up and take revenge on the Vampires. ------ Been a while since I`ve done a 4 minute video but I just couldn`t bring myself to cut this incredible song ! This one took me a while though . I must say editing to Florence the Machine is tricky lol This song however really fits this movie and this ship so well! It perfectly captures the atmosphere and angst of Lucian and Sonja`s forbidden tragic relationship. The coloring was a bit of a pain so I`m sorry if it didn`t turn out all that well. Note: The sepia scenes are flashbacks . Hope you enjoy it .
