Gentle Whispers of the Future Void | Intelligent Drum and Bass

Basically, for some time now, I’ve wanted to create a somber track — with distant lights in the approaching darkness and a mood of ’15 to midnight.’ It all started with a guitar sound that I played using a Kontakt library. Then I added a rolling groove, a few synthesizer parts, and somehow it all came together. In the end, it turned out to be something very November-like. The title ’Gentle Whispers of the Future Void’ comes from the same place — from autumn, from the premonition of winter’s arrival. I’ve always perceived winter as a necessary death, the night of the year. Spring will inevitably come, but for now, winter must arrive. That’s what the track is about.
