Zimbabwes president declares victory in election as triumph over colonialism

President Emmerson Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe has taken the oath of office after winning last month’s election. The president was sworn in for a second term in front of his supporters, who packed a 60,000 seat stadium in the capital of Harare.
