LIVE: Opposition parties hold a rally in front of the prison in Rustavi in support of Saakashvili

NOTE: Mobile phone live; quality as incoming Two opposition parties, United National Movement and For Georgia, organised a rally in front of the Rustavi prison on Monday, October 4, in support of Georgia’s former President Mikheil Saakashvili who is jailed there. On October 1 the former head of state published a video announcing his return to Georgia after spending eight years in Ukraine and urging supporters to rally with him. He was arrested on the same day.
