Eric Lilliebridge 800lb Beltless 2.5 inch Deficit Deadlift (PR) & 700lb Beltless Paused Squat (PR)

This was an awesome workout for me. I had absolutely no plan coming into this workout other than I knew I was going to practice doing some Beltless Deficit Deadlifts and Beltless paused Squats for fun. But I didn’t have any working sets planned out for the workout. Just figured I would come in today and go by how I feel since I competed 2 weeks ago.
