The Inheritance Project - Storyteller

Brom is one of the most important characters in the first book and the cycle, so it was a great challenge to fit him a theme. I went for a combination of different things. The first part consists of a quartet, that incorporates one of the themes I gave Brom. He has two since he has two roles in the Cycle. His first and apparent role is the Storyteller and Mentor for Eragon, this is the melody that the quartet plays. His second role is his father role and the fact that he is a rider. The theme representing this part of his personality is much darker and played by a Duduk with a bit distortion to emphasize that he is a broken man since his dragon died. Intended Scene: Introduction Music of Brom, when he tells Eragon about different things and answers his questions.
