This is an ahhhmazing ABS workout to feel your ABS on fire! This workout is designed to get you those ab lines! To see more results, do this after all your workouts! You are definitely going to need those two short breaks that I added in the video. This is an intense workout! so if you are a beginner, I recommend you start with some of my ABS videos that are focused for beginners.
