Support me on Patreon (Information Video Following) Alex Knob is a lookout point located at New Zealands West Coast. At the top you get some great views on the Franz Josef Glacier and the surrounding Rainforest. This Hike can be accessed from the dedicated carpark south of Waiau/Franz Josef. It took me 2.5 hours from the top to the peak and around 1.5 hours to return to the carpark on the next day. The track is quite well made and easy to follow with some steep sections.
