The Lab SYD marks its first birthday this Friday with a very special international performance by Dirty Bird Records lord Shiba San. The inaugural Lab SYD broadcast kicked off with Basenji in December 2015, joining the existing worldwide locations in London, New York and Los Angeles. One year on from its setup, Mixmag’s fourth global spot for The Lab has not only established itself as a platform to showcase the best in Australian dance music (and special international guests), but it has sent a positive message around the world championing our ever-growing dance community and the huge talent pool within.
