Inspiration for gentle cozy autumn in English countryside - visiting a beautiful National Trust, a quaint village called Bibury in the Cotswolds and baking caramel apple cinnamon buns. = Sticky Caramel Apple Cinnamon Bun recipe = Dough: 360g plain flour ( 2 tbsp at the end) 45g sugar 7g packet of dry activated yeast / or 2 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tsp salt (omit salt if using salted butter) 120g milk 75g unsalted butter (softened) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 egg 60g room temp water Warm up your milk in the microwave for about 20 seconds - it should be warm to touch but not boiling hot. You should be able to touch it with the finger without burning yourself. If it’s too hot let it cool down a little bit. To the warm milk add 1 tsp of sugar and a packet of yeast, mix. Let it sit for about 5 minutes - yeast will bubble up on top. Combine flour, salt, the rest of your sugar. Make a little well in the middle and pour yeast milk, softened butter and vanilla - mix well. Add 1
