Noddy Holder with the Metal Gurus - Gudbuy T’Jane - 1990

In 1990, Noddy Holder and Jim Lea of Slade produced a cover of their own Merry Xmas Everybody, recorded by the British gothic rock band The Mission, under the name The Metal Gurus. Their cover reached #55 in the UK. All artist royalties from the sale of the single was donated to Childline. On the CD single, a cover of Gudbuy T’Jane was included with lead vocals from Noddy Holder.
