Warmup video

Hey! This is how I preare or how to say ’warmup’ nowadays and I believe there is some people wonder how I do it and etc! I don’t know if the video was anything good, but I would love to get some feedback about it! Hope you enjoy the major (even tho we went out :*( ) but life goes on! Need to prepare more for this year and stand up for the challenges that’s comes up. Chris
