De Jure vs De Facto Governments: What is the Difference? Updated Version with Comedy Skit

This is the updated version of the “De Jure vs De Facto Government“ video, which has more clarification in the introductory part about how we’ve been misidentified as US citizens or government employees. Also it uses excerpts from Black’s Law dictionary to show definitions of de jure and de facto. And I’ve added a comedy skit towards the end, which shows a (whimsical, fictional) example of an American standing up for herself against the de facto through her understanding of the different jurisdictions. Knowledge is power!! The “De Facto“ government is the government that, though it exists throughout our nation at every level, has no lawful basis to govern We the People. The De Facto government of the sea (or water) and air jurisdictions is only legitimate in governing corporations, government agencies, federal employees, international waters, and others on the sea or air jurisdiction. Learn that for 150 years we’ve been mischaracterized as “US Citizens“ or government employees, and pulled onto the sea jurisdiction (or, at times, air jurisdiction) that is not our proper jurisdiction, as We the People belong on the land jurisdiction. Learn what the differences are between de jure and de facto governments, in terms of: size of government, characteristics of law and court systems, tax differences, your rights or lack thereof. And then, once you understand the differences, I hope you’ll join me in working to restore rightful, De Jure Governance of the land jurisdiction to our nation at every level.
