Names in Fantasy books require an alliance

Which one are you? I have been quite confused when I went from reading paperbacks/ebooks to audiobooks or vice versa. The Legend of Drizzt series is by far the worst offender, though The Wheel of Time and Brandon Sanderson’s Cosmere are worthy contenders. Names in Fantasy books can be a challenge, let’s just say that.
