I will be posting several more of these to give you a variety of exercises to do daily to keep your feet healthy and keep you mobile! If you get any foot cramps take a short break and roll out your feet and stretch them. It would be beneficial to do a self warmup before starting... ex: a short walk or jog for several minutes.
