The Sinking of Mike Lynch’s Yacht

In the early hours (4:30) of August 19, off the coast of Italy, a sudden storm generated a waterspout that sunk Mike Lynch’s yacht and 22 people aboard with six still missing as I make this video. Mr. Lynch received a full acquittal in charges brought against him by HP in June, and this was a celebratory trip. Within hours his co-defendant in the matter was involved in a fatal car crash in the U.K. Hmmm.
