Train Song - Vashti Bunyan Cover

Train Song - Vashti Bunyan Cover | Josh Turner Guitar Watch a Live Stream: | Support on Patreon: Subscribe: Sung by Kelly Oden, with Carson McKee on 12 string guitar. I came across this song recently in the midst of an ever deeper dive into 60’s folk. Apparently, Vashti is a bit of a glimpse at what could have happened to Nick Drake were he still with us. This song gained little traction upon its release in 1966, but it (and Vashti Bunyan’s work in general) had a renewal of interest in the aughts, and she is now touring and releasing new music. Equipment/Techniques: Guitars are a 2013 Cordoba C10 and a 1969 Martin D-12-35. Recorded on a Zoom H2 with a Gutmann windscreen. Mixed in pro tools - Softube Saturation, Waves Puigchild 670, Valhalla Plate, Goodhertz Vulf Comp, Waves J37, Maxim limiter. Filmed on a Canon Rebel SL2 (thanks Carson!) with a nifty 50 in Technicolor Cinestyle. Colored in Premiere Support Josh Turner: Live
