spinning shoulder mount flip sit (advanced, static pole dance trick)

inspired by heidi coker’s half-fonji variation... :) i have my inside (lower) hand cupped and my outside hand crossed, enabling me to keep both hands fixed on the pole, throughout. familiarise yourself with the static shoulder mount flip to sit, before introducing a gentle step toward the pole and sweeping the legs in the direction of your spin. learning to harness the momentum is similar to the process of progressing from static straddle/eagle to spinning straddle/chopper. see below for pole classes i
