To end rental

To end the rental, only the stations from the app map can be used. Fixed stations are marked in orange, and virtual stations are marked in green. Please note that the fee is lower when using fixed stations to return the vehicle. To return the scooter to a fixed station, simply dock your scooter to any station available in your area. Please note: the scooter should only be handled by the steering column – in the spot where there is a «hold here» sticker attached to it. If the scooter has been docked successfully, you will hear a sound signal. To check if you have ended your rental, open your app and go to your Оrders folder to make sure that there are no active rentals left. If you want to return your scooter to a virtual docking station just choose any available one out of those you see on the map (virtual stations are marked in green).
