It means recognizing that happiness is not something that comes from external sources, but rather something that you create within yourself. This involves focusing on what brings you joy and fulfillment, surrounding yourself with positive people and experiences, and developing healthy coping strategies for dealing with negative emotions. By taking ownership of your own happiness and actively creating opportunities for joy and positivity, you become the master of your own joy and the creator of your own smile. Vrinda Bhatt has been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years. She’s a Lifestyle coach/wellness coach who believes that there can be no Health/fitness without Happiness. It is a known fact today that mental stress and depression are the new epidemics on the rise and they are the main cause of all the lifestyle diseases like hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, obesity .. etc In the race for earning more money and being more successful people have lost touch with who they really are and their own happiness.
