Jimmy Carter celebrates birthday with military flyover

Carter celebrated Tuesday in his backyard in Plains, Georgia, surrounded by a few dozen friends and family members as well as his Secret Service detail. A military flyover with four fighter jets took place at 12:30 p.m. ET on the dot.
