Chill Evening Yoga + Meditation | Wind Down Relaxing Stretch

This yoga class is an all-levels relaxing slow flow designed to help you chill out at the end of the day. We’ll move through a 30-minute full body practice, opening up the hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. Ending with a 5-minute guided mindful breathing meditation, you’ll be left feeling completely calm and grounded.
