Ukrainian shelling of Belgorod leaves over 100 injured

More than 100 people were injured, while at least 12 adults and 3 children reportedly killed in Ukraine rocket attack on Belgorod. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Kiev employed rockets carrying cluster bomb warheads. One of them was a Ukrainian Olkha system, which is capable of firing 12 guided rockets in one barrage, hitting targets at a maximum range of 70 to 130 kilometers depending on the type of system. Another system was an upgraded heavier version of the Soviet BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launcher. Russia has requested a UN Security Council meeting.
