Arduino Eyesight Guardian - Protect Your Eyes With Arduino

Eye-strain is a real threat, especially with us all working and studying at home. The 20/20/20 rule (look away from your screen for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes, to a distance of 20 feet or more) helps relax your eyes and avoid those negative side effects. This little device, powered by an Arduino Pro Mini running a “ screen, gives you a friendly reminder to do that every 20 minutes, with graphics inspired by old Gameboy games. Please see the Instructables build guide for the full project instructions and links to the downloadable files, program, and graphics. Thank you for watching!
