President Carter arrives at tribute service to wife Rosalynn

President Jimmy Carter was seen for the first time since his wife Rosalynn’s death at the age of 96. The 99-year-old president was seen in a wheelchair alongside other presidents and first ladies of the US. President Carter was president from 1978 until 1981 and was married to Rosalynn for 77 years.
