Full title reads: “Paris. A Nation Mourns. Hour after hour, day & night - without cessation - tens of thousands pay last tribute to memory of M. Paul Doumer - France’s ill-fated President.“ Paris, France. Pan across front of large building (possibly a hotel or government building). Two men (probably French politicians) walk along the street.
