This song is in Drop D tuning, and it’s a great beginner metal song because it’s not too fast and it has a really cool riff. The song has a cool groove to it, very doom metal like if you will. You can see the Black Sabbath Sabbath influence in this band. Also, important to note that as the song winds down, the song draws from another classic band Lynyrd Skynyrd.
