Epic BUTT Lifting Workout in the Gym!! Part 2

If you want a nice round butt and sexy thighs then do this gym workout. The first exercise is the deadlift which is great for your butt, hamstrings, and back. Form is very important. You must sit your butt back and up, keep your back straight, and chest out. If you cant do it correctly dont do it with heavy weight until you learn. Barbell Exercises: Deadlifts: 4 sets 12-15 reps Squats: 4 sets 12-15 reps Curtsy Lunges: 3 set 10-12 reps per leg Stepping Back Barbell Lunges: 3 sets 10-12 reps
